The logistics network of the Growth Region Hansalinie comprises enterprises, institutions and organizations in the five administrative districts Cloppenburg, Diepholz, Oldenburg, Osnabrück and Vechta along the A1 motorway (the so-called "Hanseatic Line"). The objective of the collaboration is to improve the transport, logistics and training infrastructure in the region and systematically enhance the regional advantages for business location.

The Maritime Cluster Northern Germany is made up of leading businesses, research institutions, industry associations, universities and maritime industry networks from Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein. The network is rounded off by strategic partnerships with businesses and research institutions outside the Cluster. The Lower Saxony Office of the Maritime Cluster Northern Germany started work at the Maritime Research Centre in Elsfleth in June 2011. It is initially concentrating on shipping companies, ports and harbours, shipyards, ship suppliers, the offshore industry and marine engineering.

Niedersachsen Aviation is the state initiative to support the aerospace industry in Niedersachsen. The objective is to consolidate and improve the competitiveness of Niedersachsen and of North Germany in the national and international arena. With targeted measures in the fields of technology transfer, innovation, location development and settlement policy, the strengths of the aviation and space industry are to be further enhanced through Niedersachsen Aviation. Alongside this goal, the initiative aims to achieve an active transfer of know-how and technology into other areas of the mobility sector as well. The value added for companies is the constant focus of activities. To this end, the initiative offers a broad spectrum of services in the fields of network management, project management, information and public relations. Niedersachsen Aviation is represented throughout the state through its business offices and partners, and is the central point of contact for all aviation, aeronautic and astronautic issues.

Niedersachsen Ports is the largest operator of public seaports in Germany with 16 locations. Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG is owned by the Niedersachsen state government – in German business law both in its capacity as limited partner and as the sole partner in the limited liability company (GmbH) that is the general partner with unlimited liability in the limited partnership (KG). As a service provider, "NPorts" primarily provides the required port infrastructure. Apart from that, it also develops and markets an extensive portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.

The PMC e.G. was founded in 2011 as part of a "Model Region Electromobility Bremen / Oldenburg" project funded by the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development (BMVBS) with the aim of establishing electromobility through fleet tests and exploring user-friendly conditions for a suitable charging infrastructure. Since the beginning of 2017, PMC has been aiming to increase the number of members and has been a competent contact for all questions relating to the topic of electromobility, especially for companies, municipalities and municipalities.

SafeTRANS ("Safety in Transportation Systems") is a Competence Cluster combining research and development expertise in the area of complex embedded systems in transportation systems. SafeTRANS drives research in human centred design, in system and software development methods for embedded systems, as well as in safety analysis and – for avionics and rail – its integration in certification processes, driven by a harmonised strategy addressing the need of the transportation sector.
