Business development agencies in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region are supporting the new trade fair concept together with the state governments of Niedersachsen, Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. With Deutsche Messe AG, Hannover, and its international connections, the ideal partner has been found to organise the event.

The joint, multilingual Internet portal "KomSIS.de" is also to be made available to Niedersachsen's business development agencies at the international exhibition so that they can effectively showcase their own business location potential. Investors and location seekers will then also be able to access the commercial property offers presented by companies, banks and real estate brokers who have advertised their properties in KomSIS.de.

Real Estate North 2010 is to be staged on the two days June 2nd and 3rd, 2010 in the Tango Terminal at Hamburg Airport.
