It's almost time again: North Germany's largest and foremost commercial properties fair will be opening its doors on the 17th and 18th of June 2009. The EXPANSION exhibition and congress covers the field of commercial properties, commercial spaces, commercial construction, facility management, property law, logistics sites and properties, as well as project development and location marketing. The specialist visitors can expect a wide spectrum of offers and a supplementary congress focusing on the themes of retail property, sustainable energy efficiency, and seaports and airports.

At the fair (Stand 204), Niedersachsen's business location portal " KomSIS.de" will also be integrated. Via this portal, the local government authorities are able to present their offers to location seekers and investors. But brokers, bankers and non-government providers of commercial properties can also obtain their own access to the presentation via a simple online form procedure. The sites and properties placed in the system are also automatically on show in other regional and municipal websites; in part here in "RegIS-Online" too, for instance.
